About Us
This is your chance to become a chocolatier for the day — working with the world’s finest ingredients, from Valrhona chocolate to Ireland’s rich cream and butter. Guided by our expert team, you’ll paint chocolate moulds with coloured cocoa butter, learn how to shell, fill, and cap them, and see firsthand how we create our beautiful, handmade bonbons.
Take a sneak peek behind the scenes in our working chocolate factory and get an up-close look at our production process — from tempering to finishing.
Throughout the session, you’ll experience the same care and precision we bring to every batch — no shortcuts, just pure passion. Learn the techniques, feel the textures, smell the chocolate, and, of course, taste the results.
Whether you're a chocolate lover or a curious creative, you’ll leave with your own box of handcrafted chocolates — and a deeper appreciation for the craft behind them.
