About Us
We specialise in working with people who need extra support with training and education leading to their progression to employment, further education and /or a better quality of life in their own community. Our Catering Programme offers a Level 1 Award in Introduction to Hospitality which will give students the basic broad catering skills in customer service, food safety, workplace skills, etc which are required in Industry.
Students will be given the opportunity to progress to the Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts (City and Guilds 8064-01)
We also offer Barista training, where we give the tools and support you need to keep progressing forward and become a professional barista. We work closely with our local business partners to offer you excellent employment opportunities through work placement

CorkWe are a training centre for adults with Learning Disabilities and we offer a CIty and Guilds Award in Hospitality. W are opening our kitchen to give an opportunity to try the course for a day
